Our policy requires customer to reach out to us via email email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your item/s. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses.
To be eligible for return the item must be in new condition. It must be unused, unwashed, etc, Once item is returned an inspection will be performed, we will notify you whether it's accepted or rejected.
We are only able to issue back store credit, so once we accept item you will receive purchase code for future purchases.
